Editorial transparency
Who writes, how AI helps, and what has not been tested.

AI assistance
AI may support research, outlines, translation, and drafting. It is not listed as a veterinarian, does not create first-hand experience, and does not make the publication decision.
Sources and original value
Sources support factual claims but do not replace Zelavi’s contribution. Each page should deliver a checklist, calculator, template, decision matrix, or executable method.
Health limits
High-risk clinical content is blocked without real professional review. Medium-risk content remains limited to documentation and general organization. Commercial opportunity never lowers the required safety review.
Affiliate links
Some guides may contain affiliate links, allowing Zelavi to receive a commission at no additional direct cost to the reader. Price, availability, shipping, and commercial terms belong to the external partner and can change.
Editorial criteria
A commercial opportunity does not justify including an irrelevant or disproportionate-risk product. Guides must explain selection criteria, maintenance, limitations, incompatibilities, and when professional guidance matters.
Products and hands-on testing
Zelavi has purchased and tested part of its catalog, but first-hand experience is attributed only when the page documents the exact product, test period, protocol, participating pet profile, evidence, and limitations. Otherwise the page is a research guide, not a hands-on review. Seller descriptions, ratings, sales, and prices do not prove quality or efficacy.
Sensitive products
Medication, supplements, therapeutic products, and health claims require additional care. Zelavi does not use buying guides to recommend treatment, dosage, substitution for an appointment, or a promised health result.
Relationship with the app
Public content may explain ways to organize reminders, records, and costs in the future Zelavi app. A waitlist destination is never described as an available application action.
