How Zelavi handles information.

Free materials and the editorial newsletter

Using or downloading a resource does not subscribe you to the newsletter or app waitlist. The budget worksheet runs in your browser; entries are not sent or saved automatically. The editorial newsletter has a separate purpose: pet homes, budgets, and purchases.

Editorial newsletter signup is not available in this version. The materials panel does not collect email addresses.

With analytics permission, the tracker may record opening the form and requesting a download. These clicks do not prove subscription, confirmation, or delivery. Email addresses and entered values are excluded from events.

Controller and contact

Zelavi is responsible for the current site and its editorial operation. Privacy requests can be sent to zelavicuidadoqueacompanha@gmail.com.

Site and analytics data

The site may process technical data such as pages visited, approximate origin, browser, device, date, language, performance signals, and aggregated events. We may use Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and form providers to operate and improve the service.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies, IP addresses, and technical identifiers may be used for audience measurement, security, and performance. Zelavi does not use programmatic advertising on the blog, and analytics events must not contain names, email addresses, or other personal data.

Consent and choices

Optional analytics stay off until you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice in Analytics preferences in the footer. The choice is stored in this browser; if it cannot be saved, no new tracking is enabled. Tools and navigation work without permission.

Turning analytics off stops new events and removes analytics cookies accessible to the site without reloading or clearing the tool fields. It does not undo data already sent. Values, names, search text, and tool fields are not included in analytics events. Print requests do not prove that a document was printed. The manual Cloudflare Web Analytics loader is disabled in this version; hosting and security logs are separate from optional browser analytics.

Affiliate links and external stores

Some pages may contain identified affiliate links. When a reader chooses to open an offer, the external store processes the visit and any purchase under its own policy. Zelavi may record the product, partner, source content, and click position without adding personal data to the tracking link.

Waitlist and future app

A launch form may request a name and email for project updates. Future app data may include pet profiles, care history, documents, reminders, and costs. The policy will be updated before new collection or synchronization becomes active.

Sensitive information and pet health

Pet health records may reveal sensitive household routines even when they are not human medical data. We limit collection to what is needed for the stated service and do not use those records to create diagnosis, treatment, or automated clinical decisions.

Sharing, retention, and deletion

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with providers needed to operate the service, comply with law, prevent fraud, or fulfill a user request. Access, correction, and deletion requests can be sent to the official email.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the current service. No internet service can promise absolute security, so future app users should also protect device access and account credentials.

Google Play

When the Android application is released, Google Play may process installation, device, billing, crash, and store-account data under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. Zelavi’s store disclosure must match the data flows that are actually active in the released version.
